In order to view your idea we will need:
- To see it in a visual format. It is best if you can send an actual prototype (we do not return prototypes), but if you cannot, a jpeg image via e-mail will do for an initial viewing. You can also send paper photos via mail.
- Clear contact information (phone, e-mail, address etc.) in order to contact you.
- A good description including dimensions and materials used

Once your idea is screened, we will let you know whether we are interested. If we are, your idea will be further researched to see if it is feasible for us to bring to the market. If we find it marketable, we will then offer you a written royalty agreement. If you choose to accept the agreement, we will proceed. Every "Abilitations Creation" idea is presented to the marketplace with an activity guide. As the creator of your idea, you will be asked to draft the guide, which we will then edit. This entire process can take anywhere from a year to 2 years to finalize depending on the idea. Please send all ideas relating to children with special needs (per instructions above) to: |
